A new rapid-build housing development was delivered at Ballyogan Square, providing 67 passive house standard homes, comprising eight three-bed and 59 two-bed units across a 6,110 m² residential scheme. The project utilised Vision Built’s off-site manufactured 2D light-gauge steel panelised frame system, produced in Galway to reduce waste and support high energy performance. Once delivered to site, the structures were assembled, made weather-tight, fully fitted out, and completed with all associated external works, creating a modern neighbourhood with private gardens, landscaped green spaces, and direct pedestrian access to the Ballyogan Wood Luas stop.
