Early Careers Programme
We currently have various opportunities for individuals who have just left school, college or university in our programmes.
Placements & Experience
We offer short and medium-term programmes to maximise the development of individuals.
Each year we recruit a number of placement/internships and graduates to join our successful team.
We typically open for applications for graduate roles in September each year and close applications at the end of December.
For placement/internship roles applications are opened in October and close at the end of December.
We review applications throughout the application window and will then contact successful applicants to take the next stage of our process.
Following this, successful applicants will be invited to our offices to meet with our hiring/careers team in the UK or Ireland, dependant on where you would like to be based.
Once a final review has taken place, offers will be issued to successful candidates.
If any reasonable adjustments are required as part of the recruitment process, then there is an opportunity to state this on our application form.
We uphold a strong tradition of developing talent for a career with no limits.
If you are an experienced professional in the construction sector or related fields, we may hold your next career opportunity.
We also offer a variety of non-construction related roles across Ireland, UK and Europe that are pivotal to our success.
At Vision Built, we’re committed to developing future talent through structured learning, real project experience, and the chance to shape the next generation of offsite construction. Our traineeships provide an accessible pathway into the industry, combining guided training, mentoring, and exposure to every stage of our modern construction process. Whether joining factory operations, design and engineering, commercial teams, or on‑site delivery, trainees gain practical skills and genuine responsibility from day one. Every trainee contributes to projects that positively impact communities across the UK and Ireland, supported by clear development pathways and opportunities across the wider Sisk Group.
Those interested in joining our traineeship programme can apply via our careers page. Simply submit your CV, along with a short statement outlining your interest in offsite construction and the areas you’d like to explore. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
We welcome candidates from under-represented groups, non-traditional work paths, various trades, disciplines and locations.
