A fully engineered E-House module for a critical infrastructure client, providing a fire-rated, factory-built electrical control environment designed to meet structural, performance, and safety requirements. The unit was constructed and fully fitted out offsite, including structural works, specialist switchgear, and integrated M&E systems, ensuring consistent quality and reducing programme risk. Once completed and tested in the factory, the E-House was transported to site as a ready-to-connect module, enabling rapid installation with minimal disruption.
