Housing Scheme URMH

Ukrainian Refugee Modular Housing, Ireland, €15.5m
Vision Built delivered rapid, dignified modular homes as part of Ireland’s humanitarian response to the war in Ukraine, providing safe, high-quality accommodation for families in need. Designed for speed, flexibility, and future relocation, the 3D volumetric homes offer a scalable solution that supports both immediate refuge and long-term community needs.

A new modular housing scheme was designed, manufactured, and delivered by Vision Built as part of the State’s humanitarian response to the Ukrainian crisis. The programme provides 4,700 m² of single-storey accommodation across multiple sites, delivering turnkey homes through 98 factory-produced 3D volumetric modules. Designed for rapid deployment, sustainability, and future relocation, the project represents Ireland’s first multi-manufacturer modular housing initiative, providing safe, high-quality accommodation for families fleeing the war in Ukraine.
